Here are the 3 business numbers to start tracking in QuickBooks now:

  1. Cash flow → Do you have enough coming in to cover what’s going out?
  2. Profit margins → Are your sales actually making you money?
  3. Owner’s pay → Can you consistently pay yourself without stress?

These 3 numbers tell the whole story of your business.

Even if you only track one number in your business, make it one of these three. (BONUS points for all three)
